Quebec strikes: One teachers’ union reports progress in negotiations

There has been a significant development in the labour dispute between teachers and the Quebec government. One union representing the majority of teachers in the province have agreed on a draft agreement with the government which covers part of their demands. Global’s Phil Carpenter reports.
