Affordable childcare still out of reach for many B.C. families says report

B.C.’s $10 a day childcare centres are improving the lives of single mothers, but very few are able to access them, according to a recent report. Legislative bureau chief Keith Baldrey says the number of families who are looking for affordable spaces far outnumber the 13,000 available spots.
