The accidental killing of three Israeli hostages by the Israeli Defence Force on Friday is triggering stronger calls from within Israel to put an end to their continued siege of Gaza. The murdered hostages were bare-chested and carrying a white flag when they were shot dead. Sean O’Shea reports.
