Scramble crossing proposed for intersection at River Avenue and Osborne Street

On Tuesday, Osborne Village Biz Executive Director Zohreh Gervais said, “A scramble crossing might be a great idea for a high density neighbourhood like Osborne, and reduce traffic congestion, and make navigation as a pedestrian safer.”
