On Dec. 6, Montreal will mark the 34th anniversary of the École Polytechnique massacre. Nine years ago, a scholarship called the Order of the White Rose was created. It’s a prize given to a Canadian female engineering student in honour of the women who were killed. Global’s Amanda Jelowicki has more on this year’s recipient, Amelia Dai.
