Diane Lyndon has more than 2,000 signatures on a petition to have a sidewalk and lighting installed of 2nd Dug Hill Rd. following a fatal hit and run. 14 year old Seryn Lazzaro was hit by a vehicle while walking on the shoulder of the road with a friend heading to Wal-Mart.
