Shaquille Small has been sentenced to life in prison, with a 14-year period of parole ineligibility, after being found guilty of second degree murder and attempted murder. Small fired at least five shots outside the Scarborough Town Centre in July 2020, striking a man he didn’t know and missing his intended target. Catherine McDonald reports.
