House explosion lawsuit filed against residents, SaskEnergy, Town of Regina Beach – Close to a year ago – the town of Regina Beach was rocked by a major natural gas explosion. Now a lawsuit has been filed – not by the property owner at the explosion site, but rather against them. And as Global’s Teri Fikowski reports – they’re not the only ones accused of negligence.
