Former talk show host Jon Stewart joined first responders from NYC and some lawmakers outside of Capitol Hill this morning to rally for a permanent extension of the 9/11 Health and Compensation Act. Stewart said he’s “embarrassed” that the first responders have to lobby for benefits after their acts of heroism.
