Alberta Premier Danielle Smith and Canadian Finance Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland announced a new $8.9-billion investment by Dow into the province’s Industrial Heartland on Wednesday. Freeland called the Path2Zero expansion project “historic… the first of its kind in the whole world… a best-in-class, world-leading facility.”
