Tue, Feb 24: Minister of Natural Resources Greg Rickford told Global News Tuesday that he’s “disappointed” in U.S. President Barack Obama’s decision to veto the proposed Keystone XL legislation, but said he doesn’t think it’s a matter of “the message not getting through”.
