City fences off, puts concrete blocks down in area recently cleared of encampment

The city has fenced off and put large concrete blocks down in the space where an encampment once stood near College and Spadina. The encampment was cleared by the city last Friday, and now advocates are criticizing the city’s move to ensure people who lived at the site don’t return. Kayla McLean reports.
