The FBI is investigating after a vehicle exploded on the Rainbow Bridge, which connects the U.S. to Canada, in Niagara Falls on Wednesday. In Canada, Public Safety Minister Dominic LeBlanc said that Canada is taking the situation “extremely seriously.”
