International Trade Minister Mary Ng said in San Francisco, Calif., on Wednesday that Canada welcomes the opportunity to join the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework for Prosperity (IPEF) “when the time is right” but that Canada is “already doing the work” with its existing trading relationships.
