Edmonton police have released new details about a woman targeted in a fatal shooting last November. Acting Staff Sgt. Jared Buhler said Kelsey Ouellette experienced a life-changing event months before her death when her boyfriend died. As Kabi Moulitharan reports, investigators believe she was killed as a result of her late partner’s involvement in criminal activity.
