If you've been near the intersection of Highway 20 and Sources Boulevard in the West Island in the past few years, you may have noticed a former Ultramar gas station and garage both totally dilapidated. The company owning the land once had a grand vision for its revitalization and a local business owner was even evicted to make way for the project.
