Six meetings in, the Ontario-Toronto working group focusing on the city’s financial future appears to have a refined focus on where its headed. But, as the premier and mayor sat down for a second time at Queen’s Park, they were both left wondering when the federal government will join them in the discussions. Matthew Bingley reports.
