At long last, the southeast Edmonton Valley Line LRT to open in November 2023

Christmas has come early for many in southeast Edmonton — or in this case, almost three years late, as the Valley Line LRT finally has an opening date of Nov. 4, 2023. Morgan Black takes a look back at the issues that prevented it from opening on time.
