Around 24k new homes to be built in Brampton as part of accelerator program: Trudeau

Announcing Brampton as the next city to receive significant funding from the federal government’s housing accelerator program, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau estimates approximately 24,000 new homes will be built in the rapidly-expanding community over the 10 years — including houses near transit stations and secondary schools.
