U.S. President Joe Biden said Thursday he will send an urgent funding request to Congress, expected to be roughly $100 billion over the next year. The proposal, which will be unveiled on Friday, includes money for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan. It comes as the House remains in chaos as the Republican majority has remained unable to select a House Speaker to replace Rep. Kevin McCarthy.
