A special kind of class was in session for a few dozen fortunate students on Thursday. Some teens from Philemon Wright High School got the chance to spend some precious time with renowned Montreal chef Danny Smiles. They got a tour of Hudson’s Willow Inn, a meal, of course, and a chance to pick the chef’s brain about food sustainability.
