As the U.K. looks to join New Zealand in phasing out cigarette smoking among young populations by raising the legal age on a yearly basis, questions are being raised about whether Canada could follow suit. As Sean Previl reports, some provinces are entertaining the idea but it’s not something the federal government is considering yet.
