The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (UNHCR) said Tuesday that Israel’s siege of Gaza and evacuation order for the northern area of the enclave could be a breach of international law. Meanwhile, some Gazans who were evacuated from the north said they were considering returning because they did not feel it was safe in the south despite Israel’s evacuation order.
