Longtime civil rights activist and former president of the Black Coalition of Quebec, Dan Philip, was honoured Wednesday afternoon. Montrealers paid tribute to the activist for a lifetime of work building bridges and fighting racism and discrimination. Global’s Felicia Parrillo has more.
