October 4, 2023
Two councillors in Saint John are currently being investigated by the city for allegedly violating the code of conduct. Brent Harris and Joanna Killen have already been stripped of their roles and responsibilities on committees. But as Nathalie Sturgeon reports, the two councillors believe it’s a violation of democracy and due process.
