The actions of protesters who set a fire under a passing a CN Rail train in Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory were quickly condemned as reckless and unsafe, but resulted in no arrests.

Chief Na'Moks (John Risdale) said the meeting, which had been cancelled hours earlier, was back on after hearing from the government that a "terrible miscommunication" was to blame for scuttling the talks.
