After renting a Dupont Street property to Bellwoods Brewery, the landlord subleased the same space for an 'epic rave' without telling the brewery, according to a court ruling.

The agreement comes after the two craft breweries began working together last year with a deal to sell and distribute their pooled portfolios in Ontario.
