On Friday, 64-year-old Craig McMorran appeared in front of a packed Calgary courtroom to learn his fate after being found guilty of scamming victims out of an estimated $2 million.

The Calgary Police Service alleged two men fraudulently sold RV camping lots, cabin lots and dock spaces at a resort in British Columbia to numerous unsuspecting Calgarians.
