Sts'ailes has inked their signatures on a co-ordination agreement but are still waiting for B.C. and Canada to sign. They say the lack of signatures won't stop their progress.

The project is a part of a reconciliation agreement between the B.C. government and the Sts'ailes First Nation, which includes $2.5 million to help purchase land for the site.
