A majority of councillors in the Niagara Region city voted to bring back a setting depciting the birth of Jesus despite questions over its inclusiveness.

Many regional city halls are reopening for in-person visits for tax payments, marriage licences, animal licences, etc. But be warned: there will be screenings and lineups.
