Simcoe Street United Church is getting a much-needed facelift, but the coronavirus pandemic has hampered the restoration in more ways than one.

Recent windy conditions mixed with aging infrastructure has done quite the number on Simcoe Street United Church, one of Oshawa’s oldest structures.
