Loridee De Villa, an 18-year-old writer from Mississauga, Ont., was named the recipient of Wattpad’s 2020 Watty Award for her novel, “How To Be The Best Third Wheel.”

Canadian children’s programs Justin Time, Rocket Monkeys and If I Had Wings are this year's winners of the Shaw Rocket Prize, and will each receive $25,000.
