Saul the border collie was treated to a 'well-deserved dinner' after leading search and rescue members to his injured owner in California's Tahoe National Park.

'This was almost like a real-life Lassie situation,' said Lt. Daniel Baldassarre of the dog who attracted the attention of police on a highway and led them to her injured owner.
