Port Alberni RCMP say Qualicum, B.C., man walked into their detachment June 3 and was arrested in connection with an act of racism on the Tseshaht First Nation reserve.

A B.C. man charged in a brutal attack was back in a Denver courtroom on Monday but some of the charges in that case have now been thrown out.
