Some Edson residents hadn't even unpacked from a wildfire evacuation last month when another emergency alert was issued Friday evening, ordering everyone to leave town again.

Wildfire conditions west of Edmonton have become extreme again, prompting an evacuation order Friday night for the town of Edson and Yellowhead County.
