Nova Scotia's vaping restrictions will remain in place while a Dartmouth vape shop co-owner challenges their constitutionality in court.

The provincial government was applauded in 2020 for its tough stance on vaping, but increased taxes and new restrictions did not please those who vape to help them quit smoking.
