Nova Scotia Premier Tim Houston gave his State of the Province Address in Sydney, N.S., on Friday, where he announced a medical school coming to Cape Breton University.

'Right now we're trying to build our case for support,' said Cape Breton University's vice-president of finance and operations of plans to open a medical campus.
