After reporting this week on delays for getting through to 911 dispatch, Global News has learned there were significant wait times during the recent North York Sheridan Mall shooting that left a man dead.

Toronto police have released surveillance images of a car that followed Jovane Clarke from his Etobicoke home to North York Sheridan Mall where he was fatally shot in a "targeted attack" last Thursday.

“He just died there like he was nobody’s child. He was somebody’s child and he’s loved by many, and he’s still loved.”
