The family of an Indigenous woman who died in hospital has filed a lawsuit against the Nova Scotia health authority and four doctors.

Samantha Wallace-Parker, 28, died on March 4, 2019, two days after she was taken to hospital because she was pale and wheezing and complained of having difficulty breathing.
