A street fair is back on Monkland Avenue with a revamped focus and new vibe in keeping with the wishes of residents nearby.

After complaints over noise and traffic drove summer street festivals out of Monkland Village this year, an art organization is trying to bring one back for 2018.

NDG residents and local community organizations came together Sunday afternoon to celebrate the cultural diversity of the neighbourhood and to showcase cultural traditions from around the world.
