On Wednesday, volunteers retrieved about one tonne of debris from the water and shoreline.

The woman dubbed the Mermaid of the St-Lawrence river is back in action this weekend leading an underwater cleanup expedition called Operation Cleanup 360, where close to 100 divers and volunteers are spending 24 hours cleaning up one of the province's main sources of drinking water.
