Students at Nashwaaksis Middle School in Fredericton took part in their school’s 18th annual Firefighter’s Challenge. Students went through a training course that helps promote community spirit, teamwork and physical fitness.

Students at Nashwaaksis Middle School were paid a visit from Saskatchewan Roughriders offensive centre Dan Clark on Thursday for a lesson on bullying prevention.

It's hoped the blankets bring comfort to families and the project inspires young women at the school to follow their dreams.
