In an update from the Líĺwat Nation, search crews from across the province decided to take an 'operational pause' for three days, due to weather.

The two men were last seen Thursday, when they ventured into the upper Mackenzie Basin in search of mushrooms.

Teams have a 20,000 square kilometre area to search -- land that is heavily forested and rocky with several lakes.
