After being gutted by fire in 2009, the exterior of the Kelly Ramsey Building was named historic. This summer, the restored tower is expected to be complete and we got a sneak peek.

The three-storey building has a Spanish influence not seen in other structures in the city. However, the land - near Jasper Avenue and 108 Street - is being rezoned.
