A Regina volunteer group is marking Sikh Heritage Month by providing up to 800 free meals and groceries every Sunday to support those facing rising costs and food insecurity.

A group of dedicated volunteers, including Hem Juttla, show up every Sunday at the Guru Nanak Free Kitchen in Regina to help anyone in need.
