Since Oct. 26, Alberta has seen a stark rise in outbreaks at care facilities, and about 70 per cent of all deaths from COVID-19 have been linked to them.

A COVID-19 outbreak at a Carewest facility in Calgary is raising a lot of concern from loved ones. At last count, ten residents and seven staff members tested positive and one resident had died.
