Indian authorities are seeking to have two Canadians extradited to face charges after a family, believed to be victims of human trafficking, froze to death in southern Manitoba.

Yuliya Andriychuk froze to death on a street in Dartmouth, after a mental breakdown just hours after dismissal from a mental health clinic, her parents say.
