Insiders in the B.C. industry say crews could be back to work within weeks once the striking writers and actors settle their dispute with Hollywood production companies.

Manitoba IATSE union president Nicolas Phillips said he has no work on film sets scheduled in the near future, leaving thousands of employees out of work.
