Dr. David Fisman took aim especially at the government's decision to restrict outdoor activities while keeping indoor settings like big-box retailers and religious settings open.

"My comment was not about policy.... [Doug Ford] has every right to have his policies and he's elected because a majority of the people agreed with those policies," Sutherland said of his tweet.
