Los Angeles prosecutors will retry the "That '70s Show" actor on three rape counts after a hopelessly deadlocked jury led to a mistrial in his first trial in November.

The star of the 90s sitcom "That '70s Show" has been on trial since mid-October for the alleged rapes of three women at this Hollywood Hills home in 2001 and 2003.
